T3. Lamb & Game Rub 125g

We started with a Texas style base, then added in some flavours from south of the boarder to come up with a salt and pepper hit followed very quickly by subtle yet firm Cumin flavour profile, finishing with hint of mint on the back end. Its delicate enough to let the flavour of the meat shine but has enough body to stand up on its own. As with all of our Texas style red meat rubs this is a savoury flavour profile with no sugar.
